How much is the Sales Tax?
No Sales Tax for non-California residents. Otherwise the sales tax is 9.75%.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my purchase?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Wire Transfer and Checks. If you prefer to pay by check, please be advised that your order will not be processed until your check has cleared. Please mail checks to:

How do I know if the item is in stock?
Most of our online items are stocked in our warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm the availability and shipping time within 1 business day after your order. How is my order shipped? Each order is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to minimize damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you. All small packages are shipped via. FedEx Ground Delivery or UPS; in most cases, a signature is required for the delivery. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for expedite shipping rates to your area. Large furniture and over sized packages will be handled by class A trucking companies; each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside. Within 3 or 4 days after your order has been shipped, you will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements. How do I place an order?

Do you take custom orders?

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the Continental US.?
Yes, we have been shipping products all over the world since 1982. Please contact us for outside of Continental US shipping.
How soon can I get my order?
We usually ship in-stock items within 2 business days after order/payment is confirmed. For regular shipping times, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with the online tracking information when the order is shipped.
How do you handle multiple-item order?
We usually ship in-stock items first if not everything on the order is in-stock. For your convenience, we group your items into as few shipments as possible. You may address your preference when we send you the email to confirm availability/ship date. What if the item I receive is damaged or incorrect? Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item was shipped to you by trucking, please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves and make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt). In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, or if you receive a wrong item, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 909-482-2088 or email us admin@uniquechineseantiques.com to have the item picked up and schedule a replacement at no cost to you.
