How much is the Shipping & Handling?

Our Flat Rate UPS Shipping & Handling is displayed on the product detail page. For large and oversize items you will need to contact us for the shipping quote. Since outside of continental US shipping rates fluctuate, please contact us for the most recent update as well.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept the item as a return under the following conditions:
-Authorization for said return is given by Unique Chinese Antiques.
-Return is within 14 days from when the authorization is approved.
-All the regular shipping/insurance cost for the return will be at purchaser's expense.
-The condition of the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser until delivery process is complete.
Once the item is inspected to be in its original condition (as prior sent to customer), full credit for the purchase of the product will be given (not including the customer's shipping/handling charges).

What is your refund policy?

If you receive a product that is defective, please do the following:
-Keep the original packing.
-Contact us and get a return authorization.
-Return it within 14 days from when the authorization is approved. We will provide an exchange or we will issue a full monetary refund of the purchase when we receive your returned item. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
